Andreas Lutze´s practice focuses on German and international commercial and corporate law. He advises national and international clients on cross-border transactions, including (cross-border) mergers and acquisitions.
Andreas Lutze graduated law at the University of Münster. After finishing his law degree Mr Lutze gained working experience during his practical training as an assistant attaché at the Economic Department of the Permanent Mission of Germany to the European Union in Brussels. After being admitted to the bar in 2000, Andreas Lutze practiced business law at Strick, a law firm that primarily focuses on assisting and advising Dutch companies investing in or trading with Germany. Subsequently he was a partner in PICOT in Düsseldorf and Cologne, where he headed the Dutch Desk.
In 2008, Andreas Lutze and Jochen Haukes allied and founded Lutze | Haukes Rechtsanwälte. Andreas Lutze has extensive experience in advising Dutch and German midsized and major enterprises on corporate and business law issues, especially with regard to their cross-border transactions, as well as to mergers, acquisitions and restructurings.
Andreas Lutze successfully finished the post-doc specialization course on trade and company law. He is a member of the German-Dutch lawyers association, as well as the Belgium-German lawyers Association.
