Jochen Haukes
Jochen Haukes is a specialized attorney-at-law (Fachanwalt) on labor and employment law and has been practicing law since 1998. He studied law at the University of Münster (Germany), as well as civil and European law at the Radboud University (the Netherlands). After being admitted to the bar, Jochen practiced labor and business law at Strick (Kleve). Before he allied with Andreas Lutze into Lutze| Haukes in 2008, he had his own law practice in Emmerich.
Jochen Haukes focuses his practice in all aspects of employment law. He counsels numerous German and Dutch corporations on a variety of labor and employment issues, such as employment contracts, benefits, works councils and reorganizations. In labor disputes, Jochen counsels both employers and employees. Furthermore, he practices law of tenancy, international sale of goods as well as debt recovery and security rights. Jochen has extensive litigation experience in district courts, courts of appeal.
Jochen Haukes is a member of the German-Dutch lawyers association and the German lawyers´ association.
He speaks German, Dutch and English.
